Sweetnam LLC filed a class action in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois on behalf of its client and a class of American Express Starwood Preferred Guest credit card holders alleging they were promised but never received up to 35,000 SPG Starpoints® in connection with an offer made earlier this year. The case, Heilmann v. American Express Bank, FSB, has been assigned to Judge John J. Tharp Jr.
